Ensure the receipt, storage, and distribution of the establishment's goods in accordance with procedures, hygiene, and safety standards. Guarantee the proper preservation of products and the accuracy of stock movements. Tasks & responsibilities: Receive goods and verify their conformity with purchase and delivery orders. Check the quantities, quality, and expiration dates of products. Ensure the arrangement and storage of goods in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. Ensure proper stock rotation. Prepare and distribute goods to the various departments according to approved requests. Accurately record stock entries and exits in the management system. Participate in periodic inventories and report any discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and report risks of stockouts or overstocking. Maintain clean, organized, and secure stores. Comply with HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and Accor procedures. Report any anomalies or non-conforming products to the Stores Supervisor. Collaborating with the various departments of the hotel to ensure the availability of necessary products.

Desired Candidate Profile

PROFILE SOUGHT: * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent field * Proven experience in hotel accounting or the luxury hospitality sector * Good knowledge of ERP systems and hotel accounting software * Proficiency in Excel * Ability to manage monthly closings and financial statements with rigor and accuracy * Strong financial analysis skills * High level of organization, confidentiality, and respect for deadlines * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic hotel environment * Initiative, leadership, and results-oriented
