Responsibility Description :
(1) Responsible for telecom service supplier sourcing and qualification process;
(2) Responsible for engineering service bidding strategies making, commercial negotiation, and contract signing;
(3) Responsible for collaborating with delivery project team to improve supplier team resources quantity, quality, and efficiency of engineering implementation, assurance smooth project delivery;
(4) Responsible for supplier relationship maintenance and development;
(5) Responsible for supplier performance evaluation and problem improvement.
