Team Lead / Senior web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team and take on both technical and leadership responsibilities across multiple digital projects.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team and organize tasks between developers.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications.

• Define the appropriate technical architecture for each project.

• Review code and ensure compliance with quality and development standards.

• Assign tasks and monitor project progress and deadlines.

• Mentor developers and support them in solving technical issues.

• Coordinate with mobile development, UI/UX, and project management teams.

• Improve application performance and resolve complex technical problems.

• Contribute to project estimation, planning, and technical decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong experience in web application development using Laravel and Vue.js.

• Solid experience in designing and developing REST APIs.

• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and large-scale project organization.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Experience with Git workflows, branch management, and code reviews.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, make technical decisions, and take responsibility.

• Proven experience delivering medium-sized or large-scale projects.
