Possess experience as a Procurement Manager and capable of effectively managing the procurement team.
Familiar with Algeria’s local laws and regulations
procurement experience (price inquiry & comparison, bidding, contract negotiation, order execution, goods arrival inspection).
Knowledgeable about Algeria’s petroleum industry material supply market, local procurement channels and logistics.
