Program Manager

• Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of region’s projects and acting as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers.


• Manage several projects and take responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects


• Attend meetings with the client top management and present the program status in the steering committee


• Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of several customer projects


• Prepare Program plans and review them with the Program Manager from the client’s side.


• Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.


• Follow up the final acceptance for the whole program.


• Monitor the invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.


• Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant manager.


• Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customers, as needed


• Keep tracking of all claims with the client


• Keep tracking of all project documentations


• Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the relevant managers.


• Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle


• Conduct discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.
