We are looking for an experienced Digital Workspace Officer to join our IT team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end-users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, IP phones, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and desktop applications.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and assist with firewall and server-related issues.

• Manage IT support tickets in line with SLAs and SOPs.

• Support system backups, recovery, desktop management, antivirus, and asset management solutions.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets and software licenses, including procurement, issuance, transfer, recovery, maintenance, and disposal.

• Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, ownership, location, warranty, and status records.

• Conduct regular IT asset audits and prepare inventory, utilization, compliance, and audit reports.

• Support IT cost optimization through effective asset allocation, reuse, and lifecycle management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT troubleshooting.

• Experience with IT Asset Management and Software License Management.

• Knowledge of IT Service Management / Service Desk systems.

• SAP / ERP functional knowledge is preferred and will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of hardware/software configuration, maintenance, and desktop support.

• Strong English communication skills, particularly reading and writing.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet defined SLAs.
