Propose and implement appropriate safety measures. Carry out administrative and field-based tasks related to quality and safety. Develop and update QHSE procedures in accordance with company policy. Ensure compliance with mandatory QHSE training. Perform operational, control, organizational, research, and management tasks. Analyze problems and propose the most suitable solutions. Share knowledge and raise awareness among relevant personnel. Take initiative and assume responsibility within the scope of delegated authority. Coordinate and lead safety-related activities. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the transmission of information. Represent the company in accordance with instructions and delegated authority. Ensure compliance with safety rules and contribute to their improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience acquired in the field, or a diploma in general, technological, or vocational education. Organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness, availability, and adaptability. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and flexibility. Fluency in French and English, and willingness to travel.
