As part of our growth, we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Bordj Bou Areridj.

Your Mission

Ensure the quality of incoming materials by conducting inspections, identifying defects, performing rework operations, and maintaining accurate quality records.

Your Main Responsibilities

Material Inspection & Rework

• Inspect incoming materials and identify non-conforming products.

• Perform rework operations and document inspection results.

Quality Issue Tracking

• Track material quality issues and support root cause investigations.

• Assist in implementing preventive measures and quality improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.

• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and company standards.

Production Support

• Coordinate with Production teams to report quality issues and support their resolution.

• Assist with basic quality inspection training and participate in 5S activities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or above; a background in Electronics, Mechanics, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or rework operations is an advantage.

• Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers and multimeters.

• Ability to understand technical drawings and quality standards.

• Good observation skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Basic English proficiency for reading technical documents is preferred.
