Diagnostic & training engineering.

• Analyze training needs in the agricultural, agri-food and natural resource management sectors.
• Contribute to mapping the supply and demand for training.
• Identify priority skills and profiles.
• Participate in the design and adaptation of curricula, modules and teaching materials.
• Prepare technical and sector-specific summary notes.

Training programs & pilot courses

• Participate in the design and implementation of executive programs and intensive courses intended in particular for professionals and actors in public policy.
• Contribute to the preparation of modules, case studies, applied exercises and assessment tools.
• Supporting trainers and experts in pedagogical preparation.
• Monitor participants, evaluations and training indicators.
• Capitalize on feedback and propose improvements.

Laboratories & teaching equipment

• Identify and prioritize equipment needs for laboratories and educational spaces: precision agriculture, soil analysis, FabLab, e-learning, digital teaching and multimedia room.
• Participate in the drafting of technical specifications and terms of reference.
• Contribute to the installation, commissioning and monitoring of equipment.
• Ensure coordination with suppliers, service providers and technical partners.

Monitoring & coordination

• Participate in technical meetings, workshops and events related to agricultural training and applied research activities.
• Contribute to progress reports and tracking charts.
• Ensure rigorous documentation of activities, support and technical requirements.
• Integrate the principles of inclusion, accessibility, equal opportunities and sustainability into training programs.

Comp tences

• Good knowledge of agricultural issues and problems related to innovation, food security, water, climate and sustainability.
• Ability to link sector needs, skills, educational content and equipment.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
• Proficiency in office tools and collaborative digital platforms.
• Knowledge of e-learning tools is desirable.

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for a professional with a sectoral, pedagogical and technical-operational profile.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum in agronomic sciences, agricultural economics, rural development, agri-food systems or related field.
• A doctorate or specialization in agricultural policy, food security, agricultural innovation or precision agriculture is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agriculture, rural development, food security, training or development cooperation.
• Experience in Algeria and/or Africa is particularly appreciated.
• Experience in instructional design, needs analysis, curriculum design or implementation of training programs.
• Experience with universities, research centers, technical institutes, ministries or international cooperation projects.
• Experience in laboratory equipment, digital agriculture, e-learning or specialized educational environments is a plus.
