Management and optimization of the CEGID ERP system

• Manage the project for the integration, use and upgrade of the CEGID management software.
• Analyze the needs of the different departments (accounting, finance, sales, inventory, etc.) and translate them into functionalities in CEGID.
• Automate and optimize workflows within the platform.
• Design personalized dashboards, reports and performance indicators (reporting).
• Provide training, support and assistance to users on a daily basis to maximize adoption of the tool.
• Manage the relationship with the publisher CEGID and external service providers/integrators.

Infrastructure and network management

• Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, networks, telephony) in operational condition.
• Ensure the IT security of the network, access and data (updates, firewall, antivirus, backups).
• Manage the user access and authorization policy for the different systems.

User support and assistance

• Supervise or provide N1/N2/N3 technical support to employees.
• To resolve hardware and software incidents as quickly as possible.

IT strategy and project management

• Write the technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Manage relationships with all IT suppliers and control IT costs.

Comp tences cl s :

• Excellent mastery of CEGID software (configuration, databases, queries/reporting).
• Strong skills in system and network administration (Windows Server, SQL Server, backup, security).
• Good analytical skills regarding the company's business processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education : Bac+4/5 in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Experience : Successful experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar position (IT Manager, ERP Project Manager or System/ERP Administrator).
