• Manage the unit as an autonomous entity, under the responsibility of the General Management.
• Maximize extraction and processing production.
• D. Develop commercial activity through sales, customer relations and debt collection.
• Ensure the financial profitability of the unit.
• To ensure the management and coordination of teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and mining regulations.
• To officially represent the company to local authorities.

Education & Qualifications

• State engineer or Master 2 (Bac+5) in Mining, Geology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Additional training in business administration or management is a significant asset.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in the mining/quarrying, cement or construction materials (BTPH) sector, including at least 3-5 years in senior management roles (Director or higher).

• Mastery of open-pit mining, crushing and mineral processing techniques.
• Strong skills in sales management, B2B negotiation, invoicing and receivables management/collection.
