• Welcoming clients by phone, email, and in the showroom, and identifying their needs.
• Present and advise on products (display materials, POS materials, stands, signage, printing).
• Prepare quotes, negotiate and convert requests into orders.
• Track orders with the production, design and delivery departments, and inform the customer of the progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in business, management or equivalent (Bachelor's degree + 3 years); commercial experience appreciated, ideally in advertising, printing or display.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, negotiation and listening skills.
• Good expression in Arabic and French; proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email).
