• Enter and track customer and supplier orders.
• Prepare the logistics documents (delivery notes, transport notes, packing lists).
• Track shipments and deliveries, follow up with carriers and service providers.
• Update dashboards and delivery statuses.
• Participate in receiving and shipping related to the store.
• To handle claims related to delays, discrepancies or damages.
• Classify and archive logistics documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bac+2 in logistics, transport, management or equivalent.
• Exp rience : 1 an minimum.
• Skills: Excel, ERP/WMS (an asset), knowledge of flow and transport management.
• Qualities: rigor, team spirit, responsiveness, good communication.
