• To ensure the coordination and management of all company operations, in close collaboration with the directors and managers of the different departments, in order to guarantee the coherence of actions, the efficiency of the organization and the achievement of the objectives set by the General Management.
• Supervise the implementation of action plans, monitor performance indicators and ensure the optimization of operational processes.
• To ensure coordination between the different departments and facilitate the flow of information.
• Identify organizational dysfunctions and propose solutions for improvement.
• Monitor the progress of strategic projects and ensure compliance with objectives, deadlines and allocated resources.
• Prepare periodic reports on the overall performance of the company and submit them to the General Management.
• Supporting department heads in resolving operational problems and making decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education in management, administration or equivalent field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in operations management, business management and team coordination.
• Proven experience in a B2B service company
• Leadership, organizational skills and the ability to unite teams around common goals.
• Analytical mind, autonomy and strong results orientation.
