  • Prepare and manage customer invoices as well as purchase and delivery orders.
  • Monitor customer and supplier accounts.
  • Control payments, receipts and receivables.
  • Record sales and cash transactions daily.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders.
  • Monitor commercial operations and respond to customer requests.
  • Verify the conformity of commercial and accounting documents.
  • Ensure the classification and archiving of documents.
  • Use billing and business management software to track operations.
  • Training in accounting, management or commerce.
  • Desired experience in a similar position.
  • Good mastery of billing and business management software.
  • Good mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of general accounting and sales management.
  • Sense of organization, rigor and precision.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients and suppliers.
