Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Administration or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.

Familiarity with local recruitment channels, candidate sourcing strategies and ANEM registration and recruitment procedures.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes, CV screening, candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.

Good command of Microsoft Excel and candidate-tracking systems.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage recruitment documentation and maintain accurate candidate records.

Language Requirements

Arabic Fluent.

French Working proficiency.

English Basic proficiency preferred.
