Job Summary

Skikda Vessel Accounts & Administration

Accounting Operations includes accounting operations roles involved in overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations accounting principles and standards. Covers cost accounting (allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis etc.) and budget accounting (developing and monitoring annual revenue/expense budgets for the purpose of controlling funds and measuring operating results). Also covers accounts payable / accounts receivable billing & invoicing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate recording of daily financial transactions.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Analyze direct and indirect costs and cost allocations.

• Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis.

• Manage AP AR billing and invoicing activities.

• Support annual budget preparation and forecasting.

• Track budget performance and spending levels.

• Prepare financial and operational reports.

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in accounting (Certified Public Accountant preferred/ required)

• 2 years of experience

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables data analysis reporting).

• Knowledge of Workday Financials and related accounting processes.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
