As part of our growth, we are looking for a Graphic Designer based in Algiers, responsible for developing high-quality visual content that strengthens TECNO’s brand identity across digital and offline channels.

Your Mission

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual content for TECNO Mobile’s digital platforms, product launches, retail activities, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing, Digital, PR, and Sales teams to ensure that all visual communication is creative, consistent, and aligned with TECNO’s brand identity.

Your Main Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content

Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, advertisements, and marketing communications.

Branding & Marketing Materials

Develop visual materials for retail activities, POSM, outdoor advertising, events, activations, and partnerships.

Adapt global and regional creative assets to the Algerian market while maintaining TECNO’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

Campaign & Product Support

Develop creative concepts and visual assets for smartphone launches, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, KOL activities, and other marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital teams to translate campaign ideas and product messages into compelling visual communication.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, PR, Digital, Sales, and other internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver relevant solutions.

Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners when required.

Creative Trends & Asset Management

Stay up to date with design trends, digital formats, social media aesthetics, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to TECNO’s communication.

Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and creative resources for efficient future use.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and creating visual content for social media and outdoor communication.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of other creative tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, branding, and creative communication.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Good command of English and French.
