Job Description

• To ensure the presence and representation of Management during their shift.
• To supervise all hotel operations during one's shift.
• Coordinate the different departments: Reception, Accommodation, Catering, Security, Technical and other relevant services.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures and brand standards.
• Ensure the transmission of important information to the teams and Management.
• Write shift reports and ensure follow-up on incidents and actions taken.
• To ensure the continuity of activity and the proper functioning of the hotel outside of the usual hours of the Management.
• To carry out any other mission related to operations that is entrusted to him by Management.

• Strong sense of customer service and hospitality.
• Leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
