Website Design & Seo Manager

Job Summary

Website Design & Maintenance: Edit customize and maintain websites on platforms such as WordPress Wix Squarespace and other website builders. Ensure sites are responsive and user-friendly.
SEO Management: Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research on-page and off-page optimization link-building and performance tracking.
Google Business Tools: Manage Google Business Profiles and leverage Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications to enhance client visibility and measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Web Development Skills:Proficiency in HTML/CSS with working knowledge of basic JavaScript for customizations and troubleshooting.

SEO Expertise: Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Moz) and the ability to perform technical optimizations including site speed enhancements schema markup and on-page SEO improvements.

Certifications:Current certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are required.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Demonstrated ability to analyze data identify solutions and implement effective strategies with attention to detail.

Adaptability & Coachability: Open to feedback eager to learn and able to adapt to evolving priorities in a collaborative environment.
Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information :

Expectations
Must be available Monday through Friday.
Expected to respond to all internal messages and client-related emails within one business day.
Must maintain regular communication and provide timely updates on assigned tasks and project milestones.

Work Ethic & Collaboration:
Must be highly organized proactive and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
Open to feedback and growth-oriented; a coachable attitude is essential.
Must follow company file management protocols and use agreed-upon tools (e.g. Gmail ClickUp and Google Drive) to ensure transparency and accountability.
