Job Summary

MF& Associates (an alchemy studio) is seeking a Senior Architect with 57 years of experience delivering hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

* Develop coordinate and review architectural technical packages including Design Development (DD) Tender and IFC documentation.

* Coordinate with structural MEP and specialist consultants.

* Attend site visits and project meetings and coordinate the review of contractors RFIs shop drawings and material submittals.

* Ensure compliance with project requirements local regulations applicable codes and hospitality brand standards.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and support the timely delivery of technical requirements throughout all project phases.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

* 57 years of professional experience.

* Proven experience in hospitality projects is required.

* Strong knowledge of construction documentation building systems materials specifications and multidisciplinary coordination.

* Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.

* Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
