Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic follow-up reports for customers (daily/weekly).
• Help monitor the status of shipments and update relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with checking documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Learn and support customer service processes by helping answer customer inquiries.
• Follow up on ongoing shipments and help resolve basic operational issues under guidance.

Who We Are Looking For

• University student or recent graduate preferably in logistics international trade or a related field. ( I do not know the rules n EG so f t can be also graduate ts ok for me )
• Willingness to learn and a proactive supportive mindset.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Good attention to detail and eagerness to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel Outlook Word).
