Project Engineer

Job Summary

Recording and posting daily journal entries including cash box transactions.

Preparing and drafting invoices in coordination with internal departments.

Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinating with internal departments to collect financial data and ensure accurate documentation.

Assisting external auditors by providing needed documentation and reports.

Maintaining organized records and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

02 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).

Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field.

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good Excel and MS Office proficiency

Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR journal entries closing cycles)

Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
