Fashion Designer

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team in a garment manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have:
Previous experience working in a garment / clothing manufacturing factory
Strong understanding of fabrics, textiles, and garment materials
Good knowledge of garment construction and production processes
Ability to develop and modify designs according to production requirements
Strong understanding of colors, fabrics, patterns, and trends
Ability to communicate effectively with Production, Sampling, and other relevant departments
Attention to detail and strong creative skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify garment designs according to business and production requirements
Select and recommend suitable fabrics and materials for each design
Prepare design concepts, sketches, and specifications
Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready
Review samples and recommend design improvements
Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and market developments
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a garment manufacturing factory is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.
