Job Summary
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients in different industries (e.g. finance healthcare logistics etc.).
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting needs analysis proposal development negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the software/IT industry. B2B business development or enterprise sales
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets and closing large B2B deals.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) SaaS and/or digital services.
- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Experience selling to regional or global enterprises.
- Knowledge of B2B procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
- Exposure to custom software solutions SaaS or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of software products services and industry dynamics
