• Facilitate clear communication in high-stakes settings (e.g. healthcare legal).
• Maintain strict confidentiality neutrality and professionalism.
• Manage your own schedule and log in reliably to handle calls.

Qualifications & Tech Requirements

• Language: Native or near-native fluency in English and Japanese.
• Skills: Strong active listening cultural sensitivity and emotional resilience.
• Experience: Beginners welcome; prior interpreting experience is a plus.
• Workspace: A quiet distraction-free home environment.
• Tech Setup: Dedicated computer high-speed internet (wired preferred for VRI) and a noise-canceling USB headset.
