Product Manager

Job Summary

• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  
• Collaborate with engineering UX/UI and operations teams to design build and launch new features.
  
• Gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions and measure success.
  
• Conduct user research gather feedback and iterate on product enhancements.
  
• Prioritize features based on business impact feasibility and customer feedback.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools and technologies where necessary.
  
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize for efficiency and user satisfaction.
  
• Work closely with marketing sales and customer support to ensure product adoption and engagement.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product management preferably within logistics transportation or supply chain sectors.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
  
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks.
  
• Experience with ERP systems dashboards and mobile applications is required.
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
