Airport Representatives (meet & Assist)

We are looking for Airport Representatives (male and female) to support clients arriving at and departing from Cairo International Airport.

The role involves welcoming clients coordinating airport meet-and-assist services supporting arrival and departure arrangements and ensuring clients are connected smoothly with their transportation and other scheduled services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients upon arrival at Cairo International Airport
• Support clients during arrival and departure procedures
• Coordinate meet-and-assist fast-track and VIP lounge arrangements
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation providers for airport transfers
• Confirm flight information and monitor arrival and departure schedules
• Communicate with the operations team regarding client movements and any changes
• Assist clients with questions requests and immediate needs at the airport
• Ensure clients are directed to the correct vehicle driver or meeting point
• Handle last-minute changes or issues and communicate them promptly to the operations team
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients airport personnel and service providers
• Provide a high standard of service when supporting executive and VIP clients

Requirements

• Good command of spoken English is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and manner
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy airport environment
• Ability to handle changing schedules and last-minute requests
• Punctuality and reliability
• Flexibility to work according to flight schedules including evenings or weekends when required
• Previous experience in airport services hospitality customer service or VIP services is preferred but not required
