✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to user tickets and technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and peripheral devices.

- Provide technical support for email systems, network access, and business applications.

- Reset passwords and manage user accounts through Active Directory (AD) / Domain.

- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant Network or Systems teams when required.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation.

- Provide IT support to offices during operational hours.

- Assist with software deployment, updates, and system installations.

- Adhere to information security procedures, IT policies, and established technical standards.

Skills

🎯Required Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience

- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- CCNA certification is required.

- MCSA certification is required.

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Career Level: Entry Level (Junior)

- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
