Contract & Procurement Supervisor

Job description

Prepare, review, process, and administer contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to facilitate contract execution.
Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and obligations.
Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract repositories.
Support negotiations by preparing contractual documentation and compiling required information.
Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
Assist in resolving contractual disputes and support contract interpretation when required.
Generate reports related to contract status, renewals, and compliance metrics.
Ensure timely execution and closure of contractual activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and contract documentation.
Experience reviewing commercial terms and coordinating approvals.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
