Potential HR is hiring on behalf of its client a Marketing Agency specialized in the Restaurants & F&B sector for an Account Manager to manage client relationships coordinate marketing activities and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and projects across multiple accounts.

The role acts as the main link between clients and internal teams translating client requirements into clear briefs following up on execution managing timelines and ensuring that campaigns meet agreed objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as the main point of contact.
• Understand clients businesses marketing objectives target audiences and ongoing priorities.
• Receive client requirements and translate them into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with Content Social Media Graphic Design Video Content Media Buying and other relevant teams.
• Follow up on campaign execution content calendars creative deliverables and marketing activities.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Manage client feedback and coordinate required revisions with internal teams.
• Conduct regular client meetings follow-ups and status updates.
• Prepare and present campaign updates reports and performance summaries when required.
• Work closely with Media Buying teams to understand campaign results and communicate key performance insights to clients.
• Monitor account progress deadlines pending approvals and outstanding client requirements.
• Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Identify potential challenges or delivery risks and coordinate solutions proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of client briefs approvals feedback and project updates.
• Build strong and professional long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional services account development upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
• Stay updated with social media digital marketing Restaurants and F&B market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
• 23 years of professional experience in Account Management Client Servicing or a similar role.
• Previous experience within a Marketing Advertising Digital or Social Media Agency is highly preferred.
• Previous experience managing Restaurants F&B Food Delivery or hospitality-related accounts is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of social media marketing content creation creative campaigns and digital advertising.
• Ability to understand marketing briefs and translate client requirements into clear internal tasks.
• Experience coordinating with Content Design Video Social Media and Media Buying teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts campaigns priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Good presentation negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to manage client expectations professionally and handle feedback effectively.
• Good understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital marketing reports.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced agency environment.

Working Conditions

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• Day Off: Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Location: 5th Settlement New Cairo
• Working Model: On-Site
