Purpose of the Job:
As a Product Owner at Fixed Solutions, you will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of software products that meet customer needs and align with business goals. You will act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring that each product delivers measurable value and a seamless user experience. Your focus will be on defining product direction, managing the backlog, prioritizing features, and guiding development teams through successful delivery cycles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the product vision and strategy by aligning business goals, customer needs, and market trends into a clear and actionable roadmap.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements that guide development teams effectively.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with business analysts, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process, validating features through user feedback, analytics, and post-release evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously refine the product roadmap based on outcomes and performance data.
• Monitor and measure product performance using KPIs, analytics tools, and user insights to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions, ensuring the team remains focused and aligned with business priorities.
• Manage product launch and adoption plans in coordination with marketing, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure smooth roll outs and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and enhancement of existing solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within IT software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and delivering product increments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar product management platforms.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities, make data-informed trade-offs, and deliver high-value outcomes under pressure.
• Experience in customer-facing software products or enterprise solutions is preferred.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
