"AR Accountant" is required for Reputable Real Estate Company located in October.
Responsibilities:
- Verify all contracts data with commercial department before posting.
- Record customer payments (cash, checks, transfers, etc.) and reconcile these payments received with customer ledgers.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Generate monthly AR aging report and highlight overdue balances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries regarding their balances.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent command of English.
