Financial Controller is required in a well-known Manufacturing Company located in the 10th of Ramadan.
Responsibilities:
•
- Manage all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the financial closing process to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems and financial policies.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage all internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor cost control processes and analyze budget variances.
- Support budgeting and forecasting in coordination with FP&A.
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and all financial transactions.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management for decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safe office and records management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 12 years of experience in finance/accounting within the industrial sector is a Must.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian Accounting Standards.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and closing cycles.
- Strong background in internal controls, audits, and compliance.
- Proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, or similar).
- High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
