The successful candidate will be instrumental in cultivating students' foundational mathematical skills while promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate math lessons that align with the National Curriculum requirements for the Primary Stage.
Create a vibrant and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and enthusiasm for mathematics.
Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and maximize student engagement.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset through diverse learning activities and challenges.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
