Account Manager

Work closely with the Customers in the planning phase and give them all the needed support to ensure campaign objectives are met. Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationship with the organizers. Negotiate contracts and close agreements in addition to preparing contracts and completing the signing process. Communicate event details and sponsorship packages with radio partners, mobile operators, and other sponsors to achieve maximum sales. Work with the Finance team on billing and money transfers. Supervise and Mentor the Account Executives to ensure organizers satisfaction. Operate as the secondary point of contact for any escalations with the Account Executives. Take over the new sales opportunities through networking & turning them into long-term partnerships. Develop an action plan regarding the Account Executives participation in the events. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's services according to customers' needs and objectives. Recruit, mentor the Account Executives and develop an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures. Prepare monthly reports for the upper management. Handling Special Events.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
