Senior Account Executive

Communicate with the Organizers to explain the company's services and understating their needs. Work closely with the Customers in the planning phase and give them all the needed support to ensure campaign objectives will be met. Handling Mega Events. Build and maintain a strong long-lasting relationship with the organizers. Prepare contracts and make sure they are signed by both parties. Engage with the various internal departments such as the operations, Technical Support, social media, and Finance in order to facilitate and ensure organizer need fulfillment. Communicate event details and sponsorship packages with radio partners, mobile operators, and other sponsors to achieve maximum sales. Assist Account Executives in their roles. Ensure the satisfaction rate for the organizers and the internal teams. Resolve Organizers complaints and prevent additional issues by improving the process. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's services according to customers needs and objectives. Maintain updated knowledge of the company's services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
