Shipping Support Specialist

Job Summary

Were looking for a dedicated organized and customerobsessed individual to join our team as a Shipping Support Specialist at this role youll play a key part in making sure all active merchants using Wuilt Shipments are having a smooth issuefree experience from shipping orders to walletrelated operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Monitor daily shipments and proactively track delivery statuses.
  
• Act as the first point of contact for merchants facing shippingrelated issues.
  
• Follow up with shipping providers to resolve delays or failed deliveries.
  
• Ensure merchants are informed and updated about their shipment progress.
  
• Coordinate with our logistics partners when needed to escalate and resolve issues.
  
• Support merchants with walletrelated concerns (e.g. payouts topups deductions).
  
• Flag repeated issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve operations.
  
• Help maintain high satisfaction across all Wuilt active merchants.
  
  

Requirements

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors Degree.
  
• 13 years of relevant experience in customer support logistics or operations.
  
• Familiarity with how online stores and ecommerce shipping work.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.
  
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.
  
• A team player with a customerfirst attitude.
