Belvira Residence is a boutique hotel opening in New Cairo, working alongside Belvira Serviced studios. We're hiring Front Desk Agent to run guest operations across both properties.:Responsibilities
Check guests in and out at Belvira House and coordinate arrivals/departures for the Belvira Residence studios
Collect guest IDs at check-in, ensure the registration form is fully completed, and review all entered data for accuracy before filing
Answer phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries; handle guest requests and resolve issues during the shift
Take and confirm reservations; keep the booking calendar accurate across both properties
Send pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay guest messages
Respond to OTA and send review requests after checkout
Log guest preferences and stay history to recognize returning guests
Complete the shift handover log for a clean pass to the next agent
Escalate anything outside your authority to the Manager
Assign the daily housekeeping task list and check completed rooms; coordinate with the on-site caretaker on maintenance or access needs
