We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in high-volume / mass recruitment, particularly within the BPO industry and GCC market. The ideal candidate should understand the pace and operational demands of bulk hiring, with proven experience recruiting talent across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and support end-to-end mass hiring campaigns across multiple roles.• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Linked In, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.• Coordinate interviews, assessments, candidate documentation, offers, and onboarding activities.• Manage large candidate pipelines while ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are met.• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a positive candidate experience.• Work closely with recruiters, operations, and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.• Support hiring for BPO, customer service, sales, contact center, and operational positions.• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with hiring requirements and local market practices across the GCC. Requirements:• Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Coordinator.• Strong experience in mass/volume hiring.• Previous recruitment experience within the BPO / Contact Center industry is highly preferred.• Proven experience recruiting across the GCC market.• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and large candidate volumes simultaneously.• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.• Good knowledge of Linked In sourcing, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking processes.
