Role Description The TPM Technician Team Leader (Non-Engineers) role at Hirevo is a full-time, on-site position based in 6th of October City. The TPM Technician Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, coordinate tasks and priorities, and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and process guidelines. Responsibilities include organizing workflow, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and guidance, and supporting the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices from an operational and managerial perspective. The role involves cross-functional coordination, preparing reports and updates for stakeholders, and facilitating problem-solving and continuous improvement activities within the team. TPM Technician Team Leaders will also participate in planning meetings, support training initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and coaching. Experience with operational processes, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (TPM exposure is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present information clearly. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including using data and metrics to support decisions and drive improvements. Comfort working on-site in a structured environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in operations, manufacturing, or service delivery is preferred. Technical educational background, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
