???? Experience: +8 Years
???? Location: New - Cairo
???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
– Manage, develop, review, and maintain accurate BIM models in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, BEP & EIR.
– Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve design and model clashes.
– Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of BIM models and deliverables.
– Prepare and review structural drawings, schedules, and BIM documentation.
– Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical solutions to modelling and coordination issues.
– Manage model sharing, coordination, and information exchange through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
– Conduct advanced clash detection, federated model coordination, and Clash Detective using Navisworks.
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
– 6–8 years of experience in Structural BIM Modelling and Documentation.
– Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, Auto CAD, and Navisworks.
– Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, structural engineering drawings, detailing practices, and BIM workflows.
– Good knowledge of reinforcement detailing, preparation of reinforcement drawings, and schedules.
– Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
– Excellent command of written and spoken English.
