Job Purpose:
The Integration Senior (IBM BPM / IBM BAW) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using IBM Business Process Manager (IBM BPM) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The role supports enterprise process automation initiatives by translating business requirements into scalable workflow solutions, integrating enterprise systems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable process execution across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
Design, develop, configure, and maintain IBM BPM / IBM BAW workflow solutions and business process applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and automated business processes. Develop process models, service flows, user interfaces, coaches, business services, and workflow automation components. Configure and implement end-to-end business process orchestration and automation solutions. Design and develop integrations between IBM BPM/BAW and enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and external systems. Optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience. Support process monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization activities. Develop reusable components, integration services, and workflow templates following development best practices. Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to enterprise automation initiatives. Support deployment, testing, release management, and production support activities. Collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain technical documentation, process designs, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to junior developers and consultants. Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. IBM BPM / IBM BAW certifications are preferred. Additional certifications in Process Automation, Integration Technologies, Agile, or Dev Ops are considered an advantage.
Minimum Experience:
+5 years of experience in Business Process Management and workflow automation solutions. Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). Experience designing and implementing enterprise workflow and process automation solutions. Experience in business process modeling, integration development, workflow design, and application support. Experience working within enterprise integration and digital transformation programs. Experience supporting production systems and mission-critical business processes.
