Mechanical Maintenance engineer – Frozen Potato Production Line Minimum 8 years of experience, including experience mechanical engineering Key Responsibilities & Requirements:assist Build a preventive maintenance (PM) system rather than relying on reactive/breakdown repairs Supervise the current maintenance team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet production and safety goals Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on production lines and utilities Strong knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality standards relevant to food manufacturing Proficient in maintenance documentation, record keeping, and maintenance management systems (if applicable) Ability to work within a structured environment, and contribute to building and improving it Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments???? Location: Badr City – Cairo(On-site presence required; must be willing to respond to urgent maintenance needs outside standard hours when necessary)
