Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Egy Property is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, guiding them through each step of the transaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, conducting property viewings, managing listings, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves providing market insights, negotiating offers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing efforts, uphold company standards, and contribute to the growth of Egy Property’s presence in the New Cairo market. Qualifications Relevant real estate qualifications, including a valid Real Estate License and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property. Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide clear guidance. Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving performance targets. Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation in New Cairo. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse clients and colleagues. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, client appointments, and documentation efficiently. Comfort with basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms; prior experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred; fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial.
