Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Integration Expert role is to act as a matter expert in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level integration solutions that enable seamless data and process flows across the organization. The Integration Expert will leverage their extensive knowledge of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices to deliver innovative and efficient integration solutions that support the organization's business objectives. The Integration Expert will be responsible for overseeing the integration project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations, to ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions that meet the organization's needs. By staying up-to-date with the latest integration technologies and industry trends, the Integration Expert will continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, contributing to the organization's overall operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Integration Solution Design and Implementation\: Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions. Leverage expertise in TIBCO, webMethods, and other integration technologies to deliver seamless data and process integration across the organization. Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices, architectural principles, and industry standards. API Gateway Management\: Manage the API Gateway, including the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of APIs. Implement API security, governance, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization's API ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address API-related issues and optimize API performance. Project Delivery and Collaboration\: Effectively manage integration projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery. Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate progress and issues to relevant stakeholders. Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring\: Develop and facilitate training programs to upskill the integration development team on TIBCO, webMethods, and other relevant technologies. Mentor junior integration developers to foster their professional growth and enhance their technical expertise. Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and integration solution artifacts. Continuous Improvement and Innovation\: Stay informed about the latest integration technologies, patterns, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the organization's integration capabilities. Collaborate with the IT leadership team to develop a strategic roadmap for the organization's integration initiatives Compliance and Governance\: Ensure integration solutions adhere to the organization's security, compliance, and governance policies. Collaborate with the IT security team to address any integration-related security concerns. Participate in audits and provide technical guidance to maintain the integrity of the integration landscape.
