Responsibilities

• Review and record all inventory receipts, issues, and transfers
• Ensure inventory transactions are supported by approved documents
• Reconcile physical stock balances with system balances
• Participate in periodic and annual physical inventory counts
• Investigate inventory differences and follow up on corrective actions
• Review inventory valuation and movement reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and costing teams regarding inventory transactions
• Support the monthly closing process and inventory reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in commerce, accounting major
• 2 3 years of inventory accounting experience
• Good knowledge of inventory movements, reconciliation, and stock counts.
• Good command of Excel.
• Odoo or other ERP experience is preferred
