Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Proactively source and engage top talent using various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and innovative recruitment strategies.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Champion our employer brand, showcasing our values and unique culture to potential candidates.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment processes.

Skills & Technologies:

You will leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR), advanced Recruitment techniques, and exceptional Interviewing skills. Proficiency in Talent acquisition best practices, Candidate Sourcing, and experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential for success in this role. Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Management abilities will be key to your daily impact.

• Talent Acquisition Maestro: Demonstrate exceptional skills in Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, Interviewing, and comprehensive Talent acquisition strategies.

• Sourcing Specialist: Proven ability in Candidate Sourcing and adeptness with various
