About the role

• Managing the Facility Operation through assigned KPIs and required reporting
• Managing the Soft Facility management operation at Site as per the established instructions processes & procedures required reports and checklists contract SLAs
• Leading ISO 14001:2018 Environmental Management System
• Leading ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety management system
• Manage the OPEX cost for the department
• Develop and implement site-wide communication strategies awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives supporting organizational objectives environmental sustainability occupational health and safety and workplace experience programs.
• Lead internal communication activities related to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) promoting employee awareness participation and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Design manage and deliver annual communication and awareness plans covering environmental protection energy efficiency waste management water conservation emergency preparedness workplace safety and employee well-being.
• Coordinate environmental and health & safety campaigns through multiple communication channels including digital screens intranet platforms email communications events and awareness materials.
