Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherlands location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction managing customer accounts providing excellent customer service and effective communication.

Qualifications :

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in English B2-C1
• Grads and Dropouts only
• Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
• Flexibility with Rotational shifts
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
